Unbelievable and absolutely terrible experience here! I came here with my family for some coffee and donuts. The Barista (Tarun Kumar) immediately was not fond of our visit. Literally shouted they were out of hash browns when I tried to order. I politely asked to redo my regular black coffee with cream and sugar on the side (like I asked), he became irritated and when attempting to grab the wrong order, the lid became loose and he spilt coffee on the counter (as well as on himself), he then shouted at me as to why I didn’t close the coffee lid. this place is absolutely horrendous, my partner has had 2 terrible experiences and those were the only 2 times that he has been at this location. workers were extremely rude the first time he went and messed up my order. when confronted about it by my partner, the worker was extremely rude and hostile making it seem like it was his fault when he ordered a mango pineapple refresher and he got a dragonfruit refresher. second time was today, where he was first in line and the other 4 people behind him got their food before him. after asking for a refund, they told him no and that the food was com

the female manager here on monday was extremely rude and unprofessional. she was on her phone while others were working and when she made my drink she got it completely wrong and when i asked her to change it she started speaking in her language to another employee which i didn’t understand and it was very rude and made me feel very unwelcomed. the croissant sandwich i had also got was very overcooked to a point where i couldn’t eat. do better dunkin managers
