Love this place! Finally visited for the first time today & can’t believe I haven’t been here yet! It’s super bike friendly with tools and pumps and events. They have fabulous drinks and vegan treats (it’s all vegan!). Definitely try the donuts if they’re available- they’re from Duh Donuts & they have a bunch of gluten free/vegan snacks too from other vegan bakers. It’s a huge space so plenty of space to work &/or hang out and enjoy your drink in a real cup/mug.

As hipster as it gets - but I love it! Such a cozy, relaxing and genuine space with friendly staff and quirky decoration. It’s spacious and feels like part workshop part bike shop and part living room. Make no mistake, they are serious about their coffee with an exquisite selection of special, rare and eclectic beans. It’s not cheap but definitely go for the pourover.

incredible selection of beans. as a mega third wave coffee nerd, this place is incredible. love the tax inclusive, tip inclusive pricing. I always get the batch brew which never fails to be a new exciting experience for a cool $4. (the last one i had was a fun banana coferment). the space is big and welcoming with positive vibes :).

I had a fantastic experience at Principles GI Coffee House. The atmosphere is beautiful and the location is perfect. A huge shoutout to Katie behind the counter—she was incredibly professional and made the visit even better. The coffee was excellent, but what really sets this place apart is how welcoming they are to cyclists. They have dedicated bicycle parking in the back, which is a rare and appreciated find in the city. Plus, having two clean bathrooms is a major practical win. Overall, it’s a great, welcoming spot. I highly recommend stopping by
