Ordered mocha iced coffee and very clear instructions and received a caramel iced coffee. Ordered a turkey egg and white cheddar wake up wrap, got one with American cheese instead. I’m going to have to start taking a sip as soon as I get the drink and start checking the bag because obviously simple instructions can’t be followed, what a shame!

We've ordered from this Dunkin location often, in person or by the app, since it's the nearest one. It's become disappointing. If you order from the app, half the time, they won't have the item. By the time you come to pick up, you need to find a substitute item because you can't get a refund. Other times, they get the orders wrong. It seems the staff over there need to be re-trained or hire better ones. It doesn't look like they care about how they make the food and drinks. They don't read the orders correctly. There's lack of attention. If Dunkin keeps coming up with new food and drink items

I’m actually very disappointed to write this review, especially since this Dunkin’ is the one I’ve went to the most. I asked for a simple Chai Latte, and when I broke open the bag, I found the cup’s sip area already open with next to nothing inside of it. There was a slight spill in the bag itself, but that doesn’t account for the rest of the drink being gone. I will say that I did get this through delivery, so it crossed my mind that it might’ve been tampered. But unless the delivery man has the magical ability to unseal then seal the bag within 7 minutes, I highly doubt he was at fault. I

I ordered a FROZEN mocha but for some reason the second day ordering it from this location, I get an ice blended latte. As if it was not blended with enough ice. So I ask for it to be reblended and just add more ice. That’s all really nice and polite, the woman on staff INSTANTLY starts to debate me. telling me she Followed directions and I’m just okay well I’m telling you didn’t add enough ice for a frozen mocha because this is a latte. They did NOT fix the drink and because it was an online order refused to do the refund for the drink . which I called and got back instantly but it’s the prin
