I went to this restaurant on Juneteenth with a group of friends. Service and food exceeded all my expectations. I ordered the lamb shop and asked to be medium cooked it came out perfect just the way I like it. For the appetizer I got fried calamari it wasn’t greasy at all and tasted so good. I had the strawberry mojito for drink. For dessert I ordered the chocolate mousse. We all ordered food to go ( plats à emporter). I will definitely return there with families. PS: Oh and when we were enjoying our food we got to watch one of the FIFA world cup match live on TV.

I’ll admit, I was pretty skeptical about trying Lava Rock Kitchen at first. A halal Italian restaurant in Parkchester sounded interesting, but I wasn’t know what to expect. My family and I had an amazing time at Lava Rock Kitchen. We were looking for an authentic halal Italian restaurant and found it. We all tried different appetizers, meals, mocktails and everything hit the spot. Absolutely amazing menu, atmosphere, and service.
