For the most part we love this Burger King. Really good food and service mostly. Today though our cashier that took our order seemed like she was on a different planet. Then we get our rodeo burger and it didn't have cheese or bacon on it like it was supposed to and the original chicken sandwich was overcooked to where it was dry and hard. Just disappointed today.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the Burger King on South Side Parkersburg has been consistently disappointing every single time I’ve gone there. I’ve given this location multiple chances, thinking maybe I just caught them on a bad day — but after several visits, it’s clear this is just how they operate. Every order I’ve received has been cold, and I mean completely cold — fries that taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour, burgers with unmelted cheese, and sandwiches that are room temperature at best. just got out of the drive through there after waiting for almost 10 minutes while the cashier took the other line.. went to sonic next door and as soon as i left she took the order of the car behind me.. not sure if they can see who’s in the cars or now but purposefully ignoring a car for 10 minutes is absolutely horrible service and that cashier should be ashamed. not one to make reviews but i don’t appreciate service like that!

One of the nicest Burger King restaurants I've ever been in. Large restaurant, it was clean, food was made quickly, we had to wait for fries but the manager told us it'd be a few minutes rather than let us just stand there! Well run and managed location!
