I go early morning on weekdays... this seems to be the A team, based on what I read in reviews from customers who came at other times and gave negative reviews. Weekday mornings are very good, except one strange issue... I ask for whipped cream on my iced mocha latte every time I go and the guy always reads it back to me accurately (confirming the whipped cream), yet it's only actually had whipped cream on it once. Other than that, during the times I go, the same guy is there and is always pleasant, and the food is always fresh and hot. The drive through is usually busy but it moves very fas

Every so often I like to come to this store, it is close by work and its right at the light before I jump on the highway to go home. They line goes fast for ordering and I always get Kathy who allows me to order and when I get to the window my ice coffee is ready. We have a general conversation and she smiles all the time. It really makes my day to end the night from a long day at work and you just want something that makes you happy to end the evening. Kathy really dies that for me. She makes the difference.

Today, right before 4:00 pm, at the drive-thru window, a young woman greeted me with that tone of voice that made me feel like I was not good enough for her service. Then, after being served, I said "thank you so much!" to the young man who gave me my order... and didn't receive any reply to that... More "great" service came afterwards, when I came back, saying that I didn't get any napkins with my order... the woman stated that they do not provide napkins with their food... Really?! Who trains these people and what happened to a people-friendly service Dunkin' Donuts was famous in the past

To be honest, I don’t write bad reviews cause I understand. I’ve worked in the food industry for 25+ years. I didn’t even get a chance to order, I stood at the front desk with another gentleman and got stared at and then eye contact ,no hello ,no greeting.
