I’ve been coming here almost daily for quite some time now. Every single barista here is so kind, sweet and cool! I haven’t had a bad interaction yet, and I don’t anticipate one. My drinks are perfect and consistently delicious every single time. In fact, this might be the first chain coffee place who gets it consistently delicious every time! I don’t leave reviews often, but wanted to leave a review for this place because as someone who also works in an environment where customer opinions matter, this place deserves it. Have never been so I stopped . The staff that greeted me welcomed me as a first timer and was very friendly. I only ordered a cappuccino so I can’t speak on anything else. The cappuccino was what I expected from a chain the espresso beans they use were just average but still good. Im sort of a coffee snob so the bar is high. The other drinks they make look amazing I just don’t do sweet. They have alot of choices if you have not been it’s definitely worth checking out .

I NEVER should’ve tried this place!! Because now I’m ADDICTED!!😩 This is the BEST freaking iced coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life! 7 Brew literally makes Starbucks look like the Dollar Tree of coffee shops! The ladies at the Parma location are the BEST!! My first time there I didn’t know how to get my iced coffee made, and the girl that handed me my drink was SO nice & explained how I should ask for it next time so it was sweet like I like it! Their flavor selection is awesome -there’s a ton of different flavor options & they are all to die for! I am like a kid in a candy store when I
