We wanted to try a new Mexican restaurant and we decided to try Fiesta Vallarta. It did not disappoint us and is now one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Service was fast and friendly. The decor was very colorful and tropical. We tried the Street Tacos- Al pastor, chicken tinga, and the ground beef that was half price. The guacamole was freshly made along with the chips and salsa. The Mexican rice and refried beans were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Definitely need to try the jumbo watermelon margarita which was very refreshing. Highly recommend Fiesta Vallarta!

Food does not taste authentic. I ordered a steak burrito. It was all rice and no steak! For 20.50 !!! I never had a burrito made the way they made it. My first time ordering take out here and that was my first impression. The horchata is extremely thick and syrupy. Cute atmosphere though and friendly staff.

I was skeptical to try this place, because every time I drove by no one was there. The reviews were good though so decided to go for lunch. Perk of no one being there - quick service LOL. Chips were toasty and perfect, salsa was a bit too much on the tomato sauce tasting side. My date said his trio tacos were pretty good and his mango habanero wings were delicious. I got the lunch chicken fajitas. They were excellent!!! Cooked perfectly:) my side of rice and beans were perfect too. My only complaint was the price. For 2 people (no leftovers to take) was $55 (before the tip). A little pricey. D

Very good fajitas. Plenty of chicken and well seasoned. Same for the rice and beans. Make sure to get extra tortillas because 3 arent enough to eat all the fajitas. Big portion.
