I wish I can give rating in minus, we ordered multigrain bread sandwich and bread was very stale. I called them to complain and let them know but staff talked very rudely. Please don’t go here and if you decide to go , make sure before buying food. Staff member lied also that they made fresh but bread was very hard , chewy, stale. Zero customer satisfaction service.

Subway at this location is small and may not be suitable for larger crowds to dine in. Customer service was great, my takeout order veggie delight was good. Good that they took my order correctly. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Not ample parking space, only 6-7 spots were there.

Customer service is horrible… pulled over into parking lot due to 3 yr old throwing up in car all over, just asked for a bag to throw clothes in.. was just worried about what was out in the garbage canister.. and proceeded to verbal fight with us no concern for anyone or anything but the business… proceeded. To call for manager info refused to give me the info and didn’t know when they would be in… horrible customer service and no wonder why Parsippany is going into the ground. Good luck to everybody that works lives or does business in Parsippany because this is the life that’s coming into Pa

I wish I could give 0 stars to an employee named Sarita. My husband, Vishal, visited on March 5th around 1 PM to pick up our online order. When we selected multiple sauces through the online order system, she started arguing with us continuously stating its hard to add this many sauces .. If she would have said it normally I would understand but she was rude she said only indian people do this because sauces are free once they start charging no one would add any sauce as if we cannot afford it..again her tone and behavior wad rude it wasn’t an ordinary talk.. she embarrassed us in front of oth
