Literally the worst Taco Bell in the state of New Jersey. I don’t understand how it is so hard to take an order correctly every single time. And when you go inside to try to get the order fixed or ask for a refund, it becomes an issue instead of someone just fixing the mistake. On top of that, the restaurant is absolutely filthy inside. The dining area was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the place was really concerning. Between the wrong orders, poor customer service, and how dirty it is, this location seriously needs better management and staff training. I won’t be coming back to this l

First of all, I am a regular morning customer; however, I visited in the evening instead. I placed an order, only to find that they were out of mango, ice, and mild sauce. I requested these items three separate times from the cashier, all while waiting—in vain—for anyone to respond to me. When I finally sat down to eat, the bread was dry. It honestly didn't feel like the same place I visit in the mornings at all. I will not be coming back in the evening again. Thank you

Shoutout to Carlos for the amazing service! He was friendly, professional, and on point. He took my order with patience, made sure everything was correct, and kept a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing his job well and giving customers a good experience. The food came out fast, hot, and perfect, and that’s all thanks to Carlos making sure everything was handled right. Taco Bell is lucky to have him. Give that man a raise !
