The service was just okay – we weren’t really checked on throughout the meal and had to flag our server down a couple of times. The food overall was fine but lacked flavor and didn’t really stand out. The fries were the best part of the meal. My son had this burger and it was cold as well as the fries, so ordered a fresh batch of fries for the table which were better.

Blast & Brew was a great lunch stop in Paso Robles. Good food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere. The highlight for me was the beer wall. If you're a beer fan, being able to try different brews without committing to a full pint is awesome. The staff was friendly, the food hit the spot, and the whole place had a laid-back vibe that made us want to stay longer. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. 🍻

A gastro pub feel. I did not try the pour your own beer on tap, but that was a interesting idea. If you feel like beer try that out. I ordered a pizza and sweet potato fries, both were delicious! Pizza was a thin crust and flavorful with pesto, chicken and red onions.

I don't know how anyone has given this place so many stars. It's not even close to on par with the other Blast & Brew/ Blast 825 locations along the central coast. So don't come expecting the same experience if you've been to one of those. Food and service were okay or lackluster. Our server was kind and went above & beyond in some ways but other ways left us wanting. The beer wall is cool for trying things or pouring your own amount but there are no instructions how to use it and we watched several people be very confused. And this place ONLY has beer (and a couple wines, self pour also) but
