I wish I was lying when I say we found a hair in the munchkins… so gross!!! (We al also only ordered chocolate and glaze munchkins and we clearly got a assortment… This Dunkin has rude and unpleasant workers, if you go threw the drive threw your not allowed to go over $30 apparently. I will not be going back to this Dunkin, there is plenty more close by to go to!

People that work here need training on how to actually talk like a human with manners. Tall guy at the window doesn’t say any words at all when you pull up just puts his hand out and says nothing. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Kids need new training.

If you’re not a morning person maybe don’t work in the mornings… simple. They NEVER mix my drink so when I get it swirls, cream, sugar every is at the bottom I try mixing it and make a mess because they fill it with ice and two sip of coffee, by far the worst customer service I’ve had, they are so lazy it amazes me

They probably have the worst customer service in the morning. And they also don't know how to follow instructions.You can ask for something till said.And cream cheese or butter to be put on it, they still put it on the side, definitely not going there again. Plus you can hear them saying that they're not gonna put it on your sandwich or on your croissant, which is crazy to me while you're at the window. Waiting for your order.No regards to any of the customers flat out.
