When walking into a diner, I don't set my expectations high. That's a practice that's about to change. A friend and I bought sandwiches for lunch...again low expectations. OMG, the Black Angus burger was the best sandwich ever. Every ingredient was of utmost quality and flavor. The buns where toasted to perfection, the onion rings were crispy without being burnt or limp, and the burger was seared like a 5-star filet minion. You're not not gonna get McDonald's prices here, but your burger won't look like a clown sat on it either. Miss Lorraine's will set the bar for dining in a diner...and anyw

When my (then girlfriend) and I moved to Pawtucket in 2019 we had a humble goal of finding “our” breakfast spot. A place we could go and eat delicious food with yummy coffee. A place we never had to worry if the service and food would be consistent. A place we felt welcomed. We tried a few places around town but nothing felt right. Until we stopped by Miss Lorraine. Every time we’ve been over the years we’ve been greeted by Amanda or Bethany. They quickly started greeting us with a smile of recognition and I truly felt like they were happy to see us. The staff are incredible here! It's everything I want in a diner. I am always craving some diner coffee and this place always comes thru with a good cup. Steak and eggs are great. Very simple but delicious all the same. My sister and I have made it a point to stop in about once a week and we will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
