I really want to keep loving this Logan’s (Flowood). The curbside team is amazing, and it’s been our reliable late-night dinner solution for my family. But lately, the quality control has gone downhill. We consistently receive stale, hard dinner rolls—which is a huge disappointment when you’ve paid for extra. I'm sharing this photo in hopes that management addresses the issue, as we’re just about done with the shortcuts

After we won Best Pizza in Madison county and received our award at the Clyde Muse Center, Chelsea and I looked for the closest spot to “cheers” the award. The rolls were amazing as always, the company was top notch, the service was great, but those loaded potato skins needed some help. They were just too done. The skin was very hard to chew. One little thing I noticed, and it’s not that big of a deal, but the lime wedge in my cocktail was brown. 🤷‍♀️

The salmon was seasoned nicely, and tad over cooked but flavorful. The green beans were straight from the can absolutely no seasoning, very bland. However, the broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned well! They were probably the best I've ever had a restaurant. I wish I could cook them like that at home.

The food was pretty good but the service, not so much! It took over an hour & a half to get our food! The restaurant only had a few other customers so that didn’t make sense! If it hadn’t been for the bartender we quite possibly wouldn’t have gotten our food at all! There were 3 employees sitting outside all the bartender did their jobs! Also the music was so loud that we weren’t able to have conversations at our table! It’s my opinion this falls to poor management! The bartender was very kind and apologetic! She gave us these sweet prayer cards which was the best thing we experienced here!
