I ordered two sausage egg cheese croissant meals. I drove off and went to open it when I noticed not only was my croissant warm , the croissant itself was soggy, and my egg was wet, the cheese was stuck to the sausage and bread which meant one thing…. they gave me a sandwich that has been prepped and sat in the warmer for a long period of time. I called and was told to come in to get a refund . I came in and spoke with the manager and informed her of the issue. I also told her that I used to work for different fast food chains , and they’re prepping more than what they’re receiving for custome

Had a delicious breakfast this morning and the staff were fantastic people. I always order the meal with a coffee but never really want that coffee. The staff was so nice to upgrade me to a soda. They did so with a smile on her face and I felt welcome to eat here. Want to really thank the people for doing a great job! Delicious, hot and friendly, everything you expect from Burger King. Thank you guys!

Just like any other fast food place make sure to check your order before you leave the drive-through. These people will forget the simplest things and make you come back and then act like it’s your fault that you’re supposed to check the bag. Yeah I am because you have a lack of come put in to do your job, right don’t know how these people want $15 an hour can’t even put the right order in the bag

There was one person waiting for food and a guy in the drive through. It took 5 minutes for them to take my order and 20 minutes for biscuits if I had waited. I got a refund. I’d say they wasted the biscuits but they were taking old messed up sandwiches and remaking them into new orders. The manager wasn’t going to give me a refund either, I guess. One of the workers said to give cash. If you know, you know. Some of us know not to even try at these places
