Very disappointed! I just ordered through the drive-thru and they told me they didn’t have any crazy puffs ready or any wings at all and that they didn’t have any cheese pizza ready and I said OK that’s fine. I like my food fresh so I don’t mind waiting and I wanted crazy style both my pepperoni pizza and my cheese pizza. My experience at Little Caesars was completely unacceptable and needs immediate attention from ownership or upper management. An employee identified as Loren M displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful. There was no effort to assist, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy shown throughout the interaction. What’s even more concerning is that the issue did not stop there. Took the time to order made to order pizzas and not get the hot and ready ones that always seem like they been there hours and ended up getting pizzas that looked like they were made hours ago. Both Perris Locations have a definite problem with serving fresh food and making decent looking pizzas. One can easily blame the workers, but this issue has been getting worse through the years, so it is safe to say it's a Management and Upper Management issue.

April 22, 2026 from 8:00pm-8:45pm the employee at the counter was not responsive and was visibly spacing out. I had 2 orders for doordash pickup that were marked ready but I had to wait 17 minutes to receive them. I had to ask 4 times to 4 different employees, not just the 1 at the counter.
