This morning, I placed a food order through the app for myself and my coworkers. When I arrived to pick up the order, it wasn’t ready. That was not an issue, and I waited patiently. However, the problem arose when my coworker’s order—placed through the app before mine—was not found in your system. The cashier stated that she did not have the order. My coworker sent me a screenshot of the order confirmation, and I attempted to show it to the cashier to help resolve the issue. Super upset, I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. She doesn't like pickles, so I asked for a cheeseburger happy meal with no pickles and they ended up giving me a cheeseburger with no meat lol. I think this McDonald's is a joke and should be closed down. They have done stuff like this in the past. Also the sodas here taste terrible. I definitely will never order from here again after giving too many chances already.

All I have to say about this place is that they have really bad customer service! If the manager sees this, please talk to your employees. And to the employees — if you don’t like your job, find a new one! I came to Walmart to run errands, and my son was hungry, so we stopped to get him a Happy Meal.
