I wanna start off by saying you have an employee by the name of Katherine Who is beyond nice I want to tell you about my experience. I had 3-11-26 . We pull up through the drive-through and Katherine is there to take our order. She greeted us with a friendly smile. She was very pleasant just overall absolutely amazing when it came time to pay my friend was buying lunch this day and his cards. None of his cards actually were going through. I would like to say it is a real pleasure to be treated as as a customer. The drive thru crew was very polite and a pleasure to talk with. It doesn't happen very often in our world today to have such a great experience in a drive thru. Keep up the wonderful work.

I arrived at 12:15 on a Monday. The restaurant was extremely busy. I went through the drive thru and even though they were extremely busy the young lady taking my order was courteous and the food was delicious, fresh and fast. No real wait. My order was taken within seconds of entering the drive thru. Don’t let the crowd deter you.

I’ve avoided leaving a review many times hoping to give this Chick-fil-A, the benefit of the doubt. However, today’s experience was the tipping point. I ordered their new jalapeño sandwich. Excited to try the new menu item. Paid for my meal waited in the line, which wasn’t so bad to get around to Pick up my food and they tell me they do not have the sauce for the sandwich. They have run out. This location struggles in multiple areas and is evident. The staff is generally friendly, but does not compare to other locations in the area. If you want Chick-fil-A, you were going to get the taste, but
