I gave 1 star on food and service. Food, because my family and I were unable to get food. Service because it was horrible. This location rarely lives up to what I’ve come to expect from a CFA visit but when my husband said he wanted a CFA salad for dinner, I thought sure, why not. It’s been at least 2 months since I’ve had CFA so was looking forward to it. Apparently the order taker was new and needed help keying in our DT order. The first 2 times he asked for help someone came to assist both times. But the 3rd time and 4th times there were hands waving, no idea what they said to him because

The service and food were fantastic. Despite the person taking my order being on her first day, she was extremely kind and recommended some great options. Plus, Ashton was a real superstar, as he was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely go back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION — GO TO CHESTER INSTEAD!!! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any Chick-fil-A, and that’s saying a lot because I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated their reputation for service and cleanliness. But this location has completely gone downhill, and it honestly shocked me how bad things have gotten.
