My order was not accurate. Placed an online order for pickup. Order ticket number is 01-000724-99-226997 for two #16 Giants using my favorites where I specifically requested "no white American cheese, no Red/Green pepper strips, no onions. Add mushrooms,no oil". The two #16 Giants has white America cheese.

I wasn’t going to write this because they are usually spot on but something has to give. I made a small catering order yesterday for pick up midday today. I paid yesterday and added a 20% tip. I go to pick up my order and it wasn’t even made. I waited 20 more minutes and it still wasn’t ready. I leave (because a catering order is made for a specific time for a reason) and then I come back to get it. I pick it up and bring it to the team party and the club sandwiches are missing bacon. On top of that, one employee was loudly talking about how they ran out of lettuce and had to go to the store

This Jersey Mike's is awesome! I go to this location probably 3 to 4 times per week and they always greet me by name, and my order is always on time and accurate. The sandwiches are always tasty and fresh.

Was going to dine in but chose to not order and leave as this place was dirty. The counter where they handle the food was visibly dirty with fragments of other sandwiches. They guy took my order and was polite but I had just been hospitalized for food poisoning and I decided to not chance it happening again. I cancelled my order and walked out in disbelief that any manager would allow the front house to become that nasty looking. Veggies looked old and needed to be replaced with fresh ones....it was unbelievable.
