Lgbtqpeace★we are not from Texas so had never been to or heard of a stars. I got a coupon in the mail for a$1 large drink so was going to buy my child( who is severely cognitively disabled) something to drink. I did not know how it worked and I don't drive. We stood there for a good 5 minutes with employees staring at us, ignoring us and what seemed like laughing at us. A no point did anyone ask if we needed anything or explain anything. It made me feel completely uncomfortable.
Ram Juke★Workers were very polite and courteous however, manager was something else. I placed an order and part of it was cold. I was told they would refund it or replaced it but, I would have to drive back and return the meal. Very inconvenient. Managers name was Jeffrey Guajardo. The meal was $4.99, why in the world would I have to inconvenience myself and drive back for something they did?
