Stopped by on my way to church. I hvr never been so disappointed with a meal from Krystal. I ordered 3 krystals, fries, and drink. The fries were hot and fresh. One of the burgers look like it was made during my visit, but the other 2 were hard and the meat didn't look like the usual patty. I reached in the bag and grabbed a second one, took a bite and couldn't believe it. You decide. I have given up on this chain.

Eli and Tim were the best. It was another guy that night 2 weeks ago. Well I told them I appreciated their customer service fast hot food! It’s hard to find nowadays! I ordered 12 sackful Krystal’s only 2 mayo and pickles and one plain no cheese on either. 2 reg fries and 2 sweet teas no ice! When I say PERFECT! They did that! Thanks guys again

My name is Lynette, and I just placed a lunch order of junkyard fries through the drive thru at store # Col009 with ticket # 40116 and at first it seemed like the cashier, Rafiel, was being nice and explaining the difference of junkyard fries vs regular chili chz fries, but then it went left when I asked why my bill was almost $10.00. (I asked nicely btw). He proceeded to brush me off and rush me to the window to pay. I'd give the food a 4. When they don't have a bad batch of chilli. I like not having to run to the restroom. So, I may eat at another location next time.
