Even though there was a steady line, the employees stayed friendly and my order came out exactly as requested. The fries were hot, the burger was fresh, and the dining room looked clean. It was a comfortable place to sit for a few minutes before heading back. Overall a really pleasant experiencee

McDonald’s iced caramel macchiato is honestly one of the best drinks you can get for the price. The coffee is smooth, the caramel flavor is sweet without being overpowering, and it actually tastes way more expensive than it is. It’s the perfect balance of espresso, milk, and caramel, especially when it’s ice cold on a hot day. Every time I get one it’s consistently good, and it’s become my go-to drink when I need a quick coffee run. Definitely underrated compared to other coffee places.

When asking (3) times if my order can be taken (not being able to hear the person taking it), I pulled up to continue my order. Then, I was denied and asked to repeat the process. It could be my hearing due to events in the military service that don't allow me to hear to full capacity but I still feel like that is no reason to refuse service... The manager rolling her eyes at concerns did not help... I would definitely take your business elsewhere unless you want horrible customer service and cold food. I never reported how cold the food is in the evenings from here but geez.. it's bad 👎

I've had a really pleasant experience at this location. The food I ordered was fresh,hot, and prepared the best way possible. The employees were extremely busy, but we're able to assist customers in a reputable fashion. I would also like to address Trina for an outstanding performance because even as the lobby was almost about to close, she was still able and willing to take my coffee order so I can have a productive night shift.
