I am 70 years old. I called the Oceans restaurant on 28th street here in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to place a (to go) order. Before I could finish placing my order to the young lady (who answered the phone), hung up on me. I called right back and a different young lady answered. I told her I had called and started placing my order a minute ago, but before I could finish, the young lady who was taking my order hung up on me. The staff that waited on us at the drive through was very unfriendly. Just took our money. Handed us our food. Never said a word! No hello, no thank you, nothing! Fish was good, got 4 little onion rings and a thimble sized container of cole slaw. Won't go back to that location.😩. Got used to chick fil A's friendly staff.
