I don't usually indulge, but this day was a Duncan day all the way. I am so very fond of this location. The manager is not only beautiful, but above and beyond helpful with a stellar attitude. The place is clean 🫧 and the donuts delicious.. I tried the watermelon 🍉 lemonade and was most pleased.. I look forward to hitting up the Duncan sugar shack again real soon

Service was great, food was good, but my order was wrong. I didn't want to go back because we were getting ready for a gymnastics competition. But what I ordered and what my receipt said was 6 snackin and bacon and a sweet pepper bacon sandwich on a plain bagel but I didn't realize till I got home that we only got 5 of the snackin bacons and I got a croissant. Not a bagel. Again food was good just sad we didn't get what we ordered. Oh we did also get a dozen donuts those were perfect.

Me and my sisters went into this dunkin and ordered 3 drinks, all 3 had some sort of mistake. First we wanted a medium refresher and we got a small, I wanted a macchiato with liquid sugar and protein milk and I received regular sugar and cream, and another macchiato with sugar free vanilla and coconut and we received it with butter pecan. Now I can excuse a mistake or 2 but having a mistake on each drink it’s kind of crazy. The workers were nice about it and fixed the mistakes so that was at least positive.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was a really frustrating experience. Make sure you ask for and review your receipt before leaving. In my case, I was charged in a way that increased the tip amount. After I asked for my receipt and turned my car around to go back inside, I saw the cashier rush to the restroom, which made the situation feel even more suspicious. They refunded the additional meal that was charged, but kept the tip. I would normally give the benefit of the doubt, but the way everything was handled made it feel like they knew exactly what happened. Just be careful, chec
