It was quite empty for a Friday night in downtown and I now understand why. I’ll start off by saying our server, Jared, went absolutely above and beyond to make our night special. I have just experienced what can only be described as a masterpiece of economic storytelling on a plate. I ordered the $23 Omelette, a dish I now understand is less of a menu item and more of a conceptual art piece on the theme of 'supply and demand.' The omelette itself was a shy, fleeting creature. We had a great experience at brunch on Sunday at FL.2 inside the Fairmont Hotel. It is a beautiful restaurant with casually, elegant decor and lots of natural light. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the city from almost anywhere in the restaurant. Service was great and very professional. The food was really good too. I had the delicious breakfast sandwich with breakfast potatoes. It was very good. My mom had the ham and chive omelette which she really enjoyed. We started our meal with citrusy, boozy white wine sangria and we finished with perfectly brewed cups of coffee. I'd love to visit FL.

one of the fanciest restaurants with great ambience, service, foods and drinks. I had a reservation for 715pm, was seated immediately on arrival. Waiter was very kind and checked on us often. The food was very tantalizing, savory, mouth-watering…, name it all. I ordered the full chicken, roasted brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes and had the espresso martini. No regrets. Will be coming again and again to this place!!
