First off, the prices were sooo good for coffee and pastries nowadays!! But it is a cash only business. The coffee blend was very tasty and the latte was steamed perfectly. We got a white chocolate latte and a mocha and the chocolate for both was high quality. The pastries are handmade by the owner daily who is Italian. The cinnamon roll was the perfect blend of gooey cinnamon roll and sticky bun. The shop is a little small but here was several tables to eat at. My wife and I recently stayed in Pittsburgh for a few days in the Mount Washington neighborhood. We were just a block from Grand Brew and LOVED stopping in for coffee! The owner is super-friendly and has some delicious iced coffee options. Admittedly we stayed with iced vanilla lattes during each visit, but everything else looked really good too. They are located right in the heart of Shiloh Street where the majority of "The Mount's" shops, cafes and businesses are located. Great location, great coffee, great people. Grand Brew is worth a visit.
