First time going here last night and we were pleasantly surprised. The prices are great considering the portions, and the food was super delicious. They have happy hour deals M-F, also. Super chill atmosphere with a bar, tv’s, tables and booths. I got their Mediterranean Veggie Wrap, Orzo Pasta Salad, and Grape Leaves with Tzatziki Sauce. My partner got their Pittsburgh Cheesesteak and tater tots. My meal was full of flavor. The grape leaves were delicious and actually some of the best I’ve had in the area. The Cheesesteak was so good, too. Their in house steak seasoning was off the hook.

We had a great brunch at The Modern Cafe last weekend and I'm already looking forward to going back to try more things. The Hangover hero (a loaded breakfast gyro) completely lived up to its name. Very satisfying and packed with flavor. The biscuit bites were the perfect dessert. One of the hardest parts was choosing a drink because everything on the menu sounded so good. I almost defaulted to my usual Bloody Mary, but I'm glad I didn't. I tried a couple of their spring cocktails instead, starting with the Left Bank Martini, which was really refreshing and well-balanced. Then I had the Amalfi

Great no nonsense place to get drinks and some really great sandwiches, at a reasonable price too! Their sandwiches all looked amazing, with their egg sandwich with mozzarella sticks being unholy and delicious. Sadly they don’t come with fries, but I absolutely think they’re worth getting as a side, they were the best kind of classic crinkle cut, love it!

Beer and alcohol selection is fantastic! Their chili dog is amazing! The food is priced well and the portions are large. Its on western ave/blvd 2 long blocks from the bookstore at ccac. Its my go to when i get out of class at noon.
