Visit the restaurant today. It was packed but the staff was professionally took care of me. Even though there were a ton of people, they managed to get the order out quickly. Food was hot and tasty. The store was clean and full of the holiday decoration. I really enjoyed my Christmas there. Will be back again.

This was the first time that I visited this location and it was the worse service ever. Just to start they did not have a hostess at the front. They did not even have track of the waiting list. I waited around 30 minutes which I don’t mind if I get good service. We were seated roughly for another 20 minutes without no one acknowledging us. My husband went to the front and asked the person there if anyone can take our order at least for the drinks her response was very rude she said “ we are busy you need to wait until someone can help you and I don’t know how long it will take” she gave him an

Watch out when you go to this location 7656 in Placentia ca. we ordered off the slam special menus which we had to ask for .We both had the cfs dinner I piece. Asked for gravy on the fries were never told there was a up charge of .99 each. Also had a coupon for 5.00 when you bought a gift card promotion during Christmas however only received credit of 4.51
