Dine in. Quick meal (15 minutes). Nice staffs. Delicious chicken wing. Fries is good. Rice is okie. The food is great. We order the fried chicken with thigh and garlic sauce. It’s perfect cuz we are so hungry. We added a fries and rice. It’s perfect for hungry people of two. The service is wonderful. They suggested just enough. The staff makes us feel welcome and ambience is chill and relaxed meal.

The food itself was really good. The chicken was flavorful and cooked well, which is the main reason I’d even consider going back. It did feel like sometimes the kitchen was a little lazy with certain things. Some items felt rushed or not as carefully put together as others. The biggest issue was the service, which was honestly horrible. We had to ask for everything instead of the staff just doing normal check-ins. Things like napkins, utensils, or even simple things were never brought unless we went out of our way to ask multiple times. It felt like we weren’t actually being served.

I just had one whole boneless chicken delivered and only received half the box.. not sure if the box got bigger.. but the portion def wasn’t half the box when they had first opened. This is my 7-8th time ordering just from plainview location.

Arrived and greeted promptly. Upon getting seated it took 20mins to get water and someone to take our order. Then after placing the order it took 35 mins to get our food for 4 people. We all ordered wings. Observed staff on their phones and not reaponsive to a very empty resturant. The food is delicious.
