Icicles is soooooo tasty! Me and my fiance come here allll the time and are never disappointed. I highly recommend this place for the experience and the ice cream is sooo darn tasty. You will be pleased if you come here and entertained. They were sold out of some flavors one time we came but all other visits were a 10/10 experience. I recommend this place if you want a tasty cold desert with a performance in them making it!

I visited last night and, unfortunately, left disappointed. I initially ordered the hazelnut coffee ice cream, but after trying it, I realized I have a hazelnut allergy, which I acknowledge was my mistake. I asked if it would be possible to substitute it for another item or none if it was too close to closing time and inconvenient. One of the employees asked if I wanted just the coffee flavor instead. I explained again that I couldn’t have hazelnut, but she responded, “okay, so just the coffee then,” and added that “the vanilla and coffee come from the same pitcher,” which I found confusing.

Fun and delicious treat for the whole family!” Icicles is such a fun spot in Downtown! The rolled ice cream is not only delicious but also a treat to watch being made. My kid absolutely loved the whole experience from watching how they make, choosing the mix-ins to seeing the ice cream rolled right in front of us. The staff was friendly and patient, and the vibe was upbeat and family-friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back

Lots of vegan options and also dairy icecream without egg. Wake me up and the pink swirls were good. Size is really big, for our family one ice cream was good for 2 to 3 people. We didn't like the texture much.
