- Me and my family are traveling and we stopped here monday 5/18 close to 8p.m to eat because it was conveniently next to our hotel and we were blown away by the service we received. Our server was a young man (didn't get his name) who was very attentive and efficient. Everything we ordered tasted great and was plated beautifully. Classic Italian restaurant atmosphere. Soup and salad impressed me from the start. Broccoli cheddar had a hint of a fishy taste but in the best way, maybe made with clam? The house salad was also very good, left a little more to be desired. We got the chicken parm and pork tenderloin Marsala….The pork was spectacular, creamy and garlicky. This is a good place to get food and drinks. Celery soup was made on site and was well seasoned and great texture, with good temperature for being served at 930, where some restaurants fail and serve room temp soup; here they nailed it. I ordered the prime rib and they are doing it right, with good texture throughout and at temp. Yep, good to go here.

I was so disappointed in the salad I picked up from Cafe Tuscano. I'm in town for work and called in at 6:20 to place a carry out order. I was originally told they stopped taking phone orders at 6 but the kitchen agreed to take my order since it was a single Shrimp and Avocado salad. I was truly grateful for the exeption and appreciated the service. Unfortunately, when I got back to my room and opened the salad I found that not only did it have wilted lettuce in it but there wasn't a single piece of avocado in the entire salad.
