I frequent most rook locations, but Point pleasant is my favorite. Today was a normal day, I never order ahead because I just prefer to order when I get there. Today when I ordered I must of forgotten to tell the lady working the register that I wanted my drink light and sweet, however I, believe his name is Matt, saw my order and double checked with me before completing it. It’s the little things like having a staff member remember how you like your coffee that just starts the day off right. It was my first time ever ordering from rook to see what the hype is about. I order 1-2 coffees a day usually from Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks because I work full Time and am going to school part time for engineering. I ordered the wrong coffee on line because their naming system online is a little deceiving. I paid for a 10% tip prior to picking up the coffee. The coffee was supposed to be ready in 15 months and I showed up in 5 min.
