If you’re ever in the area, this place is a must-visit! It’s a small, cozy hole-in-the-wall spot with an amazing chef and a wonderful staff. Evan provided excellent service—he made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. Our barista, Roe, made some incredible drinks as well. The café was decorated for Saint Patrick’s Day, which made the atmosphere even more fun and welcoming. The food was fantastic—my son had the chicken and waffles with a cookie dough latte, and I ordered the mega meal with a chai coconut latte. Everything was fresh, delicious, and clearly made to order. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and efficient. However, everything was dirty! When I wiped our blue sharing plate a bunch of black stuff came off and our forks had dried up pieces of food all over them. Additionally, the Banana Split French Toast was only okay. It looked great! But much of the fruit was sour and it didn't really taste like it was actually dipped in anything, certainly not with much sugar. I don't know, I heard a lot of good things about this quaint little place but left highly disappointed.

I just found the cutest and coziest restaurant in Point Pleasant! The Cookie Lady Cafe is the place to be for homey vibes and delicious food! And if you’re looking for something fun to do, every Wednesday night they open up their doors with a special menu to have trivia night hosted by Quizzaholics! My boyfriend and I had such a great time getting competitive and investing ourselves through each round to answer each question. There’s awesome prizes for the winners! Their pancakes were like a a warm hug on a plate. They were thin and golden and lightly buttered with the right hint of sweetnes
