I ordered an iced cappuccino, and when they gave it to me, it turned out to be an iced latte, so I told them this isn’t an iced cappuccino. They told me they’ll fix it, and a minute later they gave me back my drink, but it turns out they just put the iced latte into a blender and blended it, and called it a cappuccino. When I got my drink back, I knew they just blended it, but I didn’t say anything so I don’t cause a hassle. But this is terrible service! Where’s the manager? This is lazy work.

I went to the drive thru and drove right past the ordering spot. Someone pulled up behind me before I could backup. They took my order at the window. They were very polite about it. I got the frozen mocha coffee. It was light on the coffee flavor, creamier tasting with the right amount of mocha. I like Elliano's frozen mocha better. It has a bolder coffee profile with a mocha that pairs excellently and only a hint of creaminess. Dunkin is good. No doubt. This order just wasn't as I preferred.

I always get large cappuccino at Dunkin but this specific location I got a large cappuccino and it was just espresso shots that I had to ask them to put at least some hot water in it. Worst customer service too.
