This is the third time in a row my sandwich was burnt, and it was still handed to me like it was acceptable. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a mistake — it feels like they just don’t care. If I can’t trust them to make a sandwich correctly, how am I supposed to trust their hygiene or food standards? A burnt sandwich shouldn’t be passed off as “okay,” especially when it’s clearly not. I work 10 minutes away, so I could’ve driven back and asked for a replacement, but honestly it wasn’t worth my time. I just won’t be coming back. I’ll be going to Tim Hortons instead. I went through the drive through and I ordered a coffee chiller which is a icy, slushy like drink. The person taking my order proceeds to put a coffee latte which is nothing like the coffee chiller. I told her about this and she said that these drinks are the same. This confused me but I believed her because it’s Dunkin. As I came to the check out I asked her again about the correct drink and described it to her and she told me that it’s the same drink but different names. I asked for the third time and she said the same thing. The drinks came and come to find out it turned out to be the wrong

I got two breakfast sandwiches. Both sandwiches were cold to start with. As seen in the photos, the croissant sandwich was disgusting. The croissant was flat and looked like someone sat on the sandwich. The second sandwich was supposed to be on a sourdough bun. It came on a whole wheat piece of bread that wasn't even toasted. Do not waste your time or money buying sandwiches from this place.
