I ordered the Dunkin zero berry flavored drinks from DoorDash. I get my drink and there’s clumpy pink stuff floating in my drink. I go to call to see if I can get another one and their phones don’t work. How can you run a business and not have a working phone so your customers can get in touch? Unreal

I usually like Dunkin' Donuts coffee but today, I came home took a sip and literally tried to make it taste better and had to dump it all out. Worst of all, it was $7 for a medium. The coffee, I got an ice latte, it literally tasted like someone had old coffee from the morning time that was burnt and it was so bitter had no mocha swirl tasted all to it. I've always had this drink several times from other Dunkin' Donuts, and it always tastes good. Good morning dunkin' donut lovers, I just left Dunkin'. Donuts at this location and I must say it is sad. situation, I had placed an order for a frozen mocha coffee and a few other things, the mocha frozen coffee was so watery that it wasn't even frozen. You could literally move the cup back-and-forth. It was liquefied when I went back inside and I asked the girl behind the cash registers if she could remake or add ice she said she could not take it back so I threw it away so the girl behind the register asked Tiffany, is her name if she could remake it Tiffany looked at the cup and stood ther

Well it’s Dunkin Donuts, what can you say? I popped in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was as I expected, delicious! The sandwich on the other hand was, as I expected… cold and somewhat hard to bite into as if it were reheated from the day before and sat waiting for some poor schmuck to come along. I decided to eat in my car because I was in a bit of a hurry. However, the parking lot is so small that I got blocked in by a few cars waiting to get out! This is one DD restaurant I will NOT return to.
