Everything was great as far as Burger King service, food, speed, and cleanliness. In the play area there were 5 kids screaming non-stop that my child was so annoyed and holding his ears. We moved out of the play area to the back of the restaurant to be farther away from that area as possible. Then the kids were running from the play area thru the restaurant screaming as they were running in and out of the bathroom. Remind you one was a little boy running from bathroom to bathroom as well. Please post signs for parents to supervise their children? Thank you

This location is very busy so expect a line/crowd. The line moved reasonably fast and we got our food but an item was substituted, which they fixed quickly. They also have a big kids playroom which was fun.

Had an order for $94, pick-up. Plenty of time given to complete order, but after a 3.2 mile drive back, we had to return to this establishment because $41 of the order was missing, so back up, no problem getting the remainder of order but no sorry for. Inconvenience or a free apple pie or nothing. Made me feel like it was my fault that the order wasn't complete. Food was excellent, as I love B.K. but no courtesy given for an online pickup order. 4☆

If I could give this place a zero I would! I love BK one of my favs. Tonight's food from this place was disgusting fries were old hard and brown, my bun to my whopper was hard, the chicken to both my wraps hard and old! This was a disgrace!
