$15 for 1 hoagie so burnt that all I could taste on the half I didn't throw away was burned bread and burned sesame seeds (no, I did not ask for it to be 'toasted', or 'burned', if that's even an option). We thought the 'chips' of cheese your sandwich makers pulled from the slicer/bottom of the prep container to pass as 'slices' of cheese on not one, but two of our previous orders were embarrassing enough, but we stand corrected. Even the tomatoes/pickles/sweet peppers look like they've been cut in half ('thin sliced'?) to further cheapen products. We've agreed to never order from here again.

I honestly can’t believe how bad my experience was with Primo Hoagies (Port Richmond) on East Clearfield St. I ordered through Uber Eats around 4:52 p.m. — just a simple Old World Style Meatball Hoagie and Italian Hoagie Chips. When my food showed up a little after 5, it wasn’t even my order. Completely wrong items, someone else’s name on the receipt. I called the driver, and he was polite — said that’s what the restaurant gave him. I called the store and spoke with Kayla, and that’s when things went downhill fast. She was rude, talked over me the whole time, and basically blamed Uber Eats f

My grandma and I love going here for our hoagies!! This is the only place she is willing to go! The hoagies are so fresh and perfect portions. Everyone is welcoming!! I would add pictures but we were to excited to eat! LOL
