I have never had such a rude drive through experience. As I was ordering after each item the tenant would say “Is that all?” And each time they sounded more and more annoyed that I was ordering more(two drinks and a bagel). I got to the window and gave my coupons(3) and she looked at them, then at me like I was crazy and rolled her eyes as she entered them and tossed each to the side of the register. I asked for the new total and she sighed, looked at the register and told me. I asked her name and she told me. I don’t want to embarrass her on here but can give feedback if someone reaches out.

Friendly staff, and I like that this location repeats your order back when they hand it to you (this is not standard for all Biggby's). I'm diabetic, and absolutely require sugar-free syrups in my lattes. The sugar-free mocha sauce at Biggby tastes so good that it's sometimes difficult to tell whether or not the batista got your order correct; I've had issues at the Gull Road location, but never here. I higy recommend the iced sugar-free mocha mocha latte, but beware: this is not a low-calorie drink. 😀

Second time this has happened to me, but I went and ordered the Honey Cinnamon Vanilla Matcha with Oatmilk, but received a Honey Cinnamon Vanilla COFFEE instead. Didn't realize it until I got to work and called the store to tell them about my order, only for somebody to answer and act like I didn't have a reason to call and complain. They wanted me to COME BACK and get it remade. When I told them that I was at work and that wasn't possible, they replied, "okay?" No longer going to Biggby on the way to work. I guess Starbucks will now get my business.

I love this coffee shop. The employees are always nice and very fast. They've never messed up my order. The drive-through situation is a little funky. Because the drive-thru is shared between two businesses, you have to be careful not to accidentally block any space for the other business.
