Janken is great place for special occasions. Everything we ordered was so delicious! I even tried the vegetarian fried rice and was blown away by how good it tasted. We had a pair of non-alcoholic drinks and 5 small dishes. With the automatic 20% gratuity added in our total was $165

I want to really I give it a 4.5. The service and staff were amazing! A phenomenal experience. The caviar service and steak tartar were delicious! They have this special off menu caviar pasta that is life changing. Then the other 4 dishes that were ordered were just okay. If I could eat that pasta everyday I would. I didn’t have any cocktails but they also looked very good and highly crafted.

We went for a Mother’s Day dinner and the atmosphere felt upscale and beautiful, the staff were friendly and hospitable, the cocktails were delectable and many of the dishes were too. Specifically, most of the fish we had like nigiri, makimono, and tuna tartare were incredible. Some of the dishes, however, were lacking in flavor such as the crab roll and wagyu fried rice, and the crispy rice had a bit of a stale oil taste.

Hard to find we had to call but they were very helpful and polite. Beautifully curated very easy coast vibes. The drinks and food was exceptional I loved the caviar cones. Our service was excellent however I felt the server’s were more attentive to my partner than the both of us. It made my experience less than ideal. Our main service person was beyond amazing!
