So glad to have found this spot! Went to a nearby sports bar and grill, but the vibe was off and the menu was not great... walked over to this café and had a great lunch! We arrived after two and the grill was still on at 2:30 despite them usually shutting down breakfast at two. I got the club with honey mustard, my daughter got the BLT and my wife got the salmon sandwich. I would recommend you ask that the bacon cooked crispy, as it was very thick and fatty but still delicious. Would have preferred a longer time on the grill, but didn't effect my club much, though my daughter picked off a few

After a morning walk and bike ride along the waterfront, we returned our bikes and stumbled upon Lil' River Café. Let me just say, the caramel macchiato and "The Portland" were absolutely amazing! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want for a great breakfast. As someone who travels on the road a lot, I truly appreciated having such a high-quality, hot meal. They have a ton of options, including great healthy choices. To top it off, the young lady who took our order was incredibly sweet, super knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us a full breakdown of what everything came with.
