Excellent coffee, consistently every time. I'm from out of town but I always get a cup when I visit Portland. The baked goods are excellent as well. What really sets this place apart though is it seems like the staff are all very happy. They work together like a well oiled machine, greeting people by name when they come in and laughing and joking. It's nice to see a place feel sweet and homey, all while drinking some of the finest coffee I've had in Portland.

Went here two days in a row because the matcha was so delicious. Half sweet with that little twang of vanilla is awesome. Rhubarb hand pie 10/10. The staff is super kind, and I love that they bring you your drink rather than shouting it out across the room. Wonder bun was a little overcooked, kind of felt like eating a sweet crouton. Only small ding I will give them but absolutely would come back.

The coffee is great, and they have amazing light roast drip coffees. The owner is usually around the shop and it really makes the difference.
