The matcha was great as well, though definitely ask for it extra sweet if you like it sweet. They told me it was sweet, but it wasn't really sweet at all. I was a bit put off by the reviews of this place, but it's actually really amazing! I recommend giving it a try yourself and forming your own opinion.

The egg salad was nice, though it felt like it could use a bit more mayo for a richer texture. The yuzu cream was delicious and refreshing, but the bread itself was just okay. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a good spot to try, especially for something light to end the trip.

The crispy shrimp sando was perfectly cooked and balanced with cabbage and the warmth of the spicy option made the best sandwich I've had in a while. I don't even like strawberries, but I ate my portion of the strawberry cream sando with gusto. I loved the alt 2000's music and the whole relaxed fun vibe. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Portland.

I was excited to try this place after seeing it on Instagram, but it didn’t live up to the hype. They gave me the matcha already mixed, without the pretty layers you usually expect in a strawberry matcha. The presentation was poor, and the strawberry flavor was very mild. For $8, I expected much better, it tasted more like cheap syrup than real fruit. I’d recommend getting matcha somewhere else.
