If I could give zero stars I would. I used to buy from this particular site all the time and they always did an amazing job. They have seriously taken a nose dive in the last couple of months. The last two times I ordered food it was already cold, the fries were stale and they didn’t even put ice in my drink this last time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. 🙃 02/14/26 9:30 PM

A 40 minute wait is too long for fast food. There was one car infront of us and no one inside. A good chunk of that time was spent at the window. They brought one burger in a bag, then each additional item was handed through the window one at a time with no bag, which was a lot of food because there were four of us with meals. The fries were good and warm, but one of our drinks were moldy. All sauces were missing but after 40 minutes to get all our items out we were not concerned with getting the sauce.

Went on a Friday, apparently during rush time. Orders were backed up at counter & drive through. Orders taking longer than 'fast food' should take. The team ... did great. 1 employee just returned from break, so they were short staffed & I think the rush was somewhat unexpected. Young lady at counter (Raven I believe) was perfect. I will NEVER EAT at this location EVER AGAIN! I DON'T CARE HOW HUNGRY I AM! We just ordered 4 burgers for the $6 Duo and we waited for the employee to come back to the speaker to take our order. He told us to wait when we first pulled up. Then we order and go to the window and pay. After that I never see the kid for another 10 min!! There were 4 other cars behind me at this time and we were annoyed because no one came to communicate they were busy or anything!!! That is so RUDE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! KID WITH THE NOSE RING! IM TALKING TO YOU!!
