11.25.25: We were in the area picking up Thanksgiving pies from Olive's Pastry near by and decided to order take-out pizza for our 45 minute drive back home. I ordered online through dominos.com. The website is easy to use and they have a pizza tracker letting you know when your order is ready. Pizza tracker said pizzas were ready and we arrived within a few minutes. We ordered pizza for delivery and we were missing half the items we ordered and called the store and the first thing they said was “oh, weird” didn’t apologize. They were like ok, well I can’t give a refund but I can give you a store credit for the items that were missing or I can remake it but it’ll take 45 minutes to an hour to get to you. After waiting 45 minutes for it the first time. Didn’t offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience, didn’t apologize. I order here almost every other day at least 2-3 times a week. I did the math and in the last month I’ve spent over $400 here. The food is good when it’s done right, but the past two times I’ve went my food was wrong. I understand mistakes are made, and mistakes wouldn’t deter me from coming back if the customer service was good. The time before last I called and asked for my pizza to be remade because I order a lot of cheese and didn’t get it.
