On the way to work wanted a quick bite with my girlfriend before going in, only to be met with a near 30 min wait because they didn't make both of our drinks at the same time, then making peoples drinks who ordered after us, also we ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels only for one of them to have literally nothing on it. Overall the worst dunkin experience. We originally planned to dine in but chose to just leave after our experience.

I ordered the hashbrowns with queso and bacon. I received hashbrowns with bacon... no queso (like really???) I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and replaced the bagel with sourdough... I received the actual sourdough sandwich that comes with two eggs (not the one egg that comes with the bagel). I did not want two eggs which is why I ordered the bagel. On top of that, the bacon to sandwich ratio is WAY OFF!!

Just not happy with the quality of the food and drinks. This drink I had to throw away and no employees seemed concerned at the condition of the drink they gave me.

I don't like this Dunkin location. I went to get a cup of coffee. I asked the lady to leave about an inch or 2 from the top and if she'd put a few ice cubes in it. She said she could give me a cup of ice but I'd have to pay for it. I was surprised because I'd never paid for a few ice cubes. I asked her if she was serious and she said, "Yes." I told her to keep the coffee and walked out. I've never been back.
