I had an experience where I ordered via the app to the wrong location. Beth- the manager got me the number for the home office. The home office was able to help me as this was my first time with this issue. Beth saw me sitting and trying to fix the situation and came over to check on me twice. Always ready to catch my eye and help if she was needed. Once I was able to put the order in the app for the correct location Beth made my order right away so I could get my long awaited lunch. The process took a while but Beth made it feel so much smoother. Im also happy with the efforts of home office

I'll say that the people are nice. The food was OK at best. Not sure why but it wasn't as tasty as the one I normally go to close to my home.

I just had Worst store of Panda Express I been to, the stuff was not welcoming, I stand in the line for more than 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence, I wasn’t greeted by the staff or helped. There was 2 managers in front of the store and they seen to be more worry about talking with their coworkers than actually helping costumers. Won’t be coming back for this unwelcoming store. I need someone from corporate to reach out to me in regards to the disappointed experience.

It’s a pretty average Panda Express. Stopped by this location for lunch. I had the plate with Orange Chicken and Sweet Fire Chicken. The food was okay. Kind of tasted like it wasn’t really fresh, like it had been sitting there a while. The restaurant was reasonably clean and the employees seemed pleasant enough. My fortune cookie, missing it’s fortune, was was the perfect representation of this underwhelming dining experience.
