Don't help yourself to the obvious water cup lest you be treated like a soda thief. I ordered at the in-store kiosk. I needed a water cup. Oh, there are no cups near the water dispenser but there is a big stack of clear plastic cups near the unattended cash register. I take one. Two employees quickly make there way to the counter. They say, quickly with some urgency: Emp1 "Did you order at the kiosk?", Emp2 "What are the last four digits of your phone number", Emp1: "Did you order a drink". I say I just want water. Emp2 (snarky tone) "That's not a water cup". Then he reached *under the counter

The team at the Carmel Mountain location is really great! I stop by every couple of months, and every. single. time. I am impressed by the level of attention and customer service this team displays.
