I was excited to try the new Harvest Chicken Salad. Unfortunately I had to do takeout for the two “whole” salads I bought for my Mom and I since she’s in a skilled nursing facility. The flavors were good but I couldn’t believe how small the salads were. Panera’s half size salads used to be big enough but now the full size are even too small to be an entree. I hate that I spent almost $32 for these two salads. Maybe they gave me the half size by accident but I wasn’t able to go back and ask. Make sure to check the bag if you order this salad as take out, but I guess that’s just the way it is no

I only wanted a simple soup and smoothie but now I'm questioning how many times just as today would I have missed out on my rewards had I not mentioned it upon ordering via the drive through because the associate didn't bother asking me for my phone number, but I had to ask her if she wanted my number to access possible rewards. Which was three dollars off my order. Is this protocol or not to ask each time via the drive through? Or do you pick and choose who to ask depending on how you feel? Please do better Panera.

Came here for lunch with my co workers and really liked what I ordered. I went with the pick 2 which was a half sandwich and soup, I went with the fireside chili and boy was that good. Service was great and friendly and very clean environment. Would definitely recommend and I will be back.

It’s a very unpleasant visit this morning. I ordered a drink and then later ordered Mac n cheese and a cookie. The drink was ready when I arrived. So i got some water and then went back to the counter and told my daughter:” we’re still waiting for our order.” The staff Bree shouted at me:” I’m still working on it.” I came in here to get my food, not to get yelled at! I asked to see a manager but nobody came and Bree responded that’s how she talked. Maybe they need more training on providing good customer service!
